The children in OSMOPE received a letter from the fictional chef, Juliano, asking for their help to plan a new health-food restaurant.
​
They became involved in planning the menu, testing the food for microorganisms, designing the logo, and preparing entertainment for the restaurant opening.

All of the work culminated in a special event: the opening of the restaurant!
​
The teaching team reflected: "This project had a big impact on our organisation. We weren´t used to integrating so much drama in our daily practice. However, we realised that the children and their families had a great reaction to this way of learning, it really was much more meaningful."
